Department of English at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She holds a Masters in Linguistics and a PhD in Linguistics and Brain and Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester (NY). Full-professor at the Department of Spanish of Kobe City University of Foreign Studies since 1996, she has coordinated the Spanish senior program for nine years, while doing and directing research in linguistics, language acquisition and language teaching to Japanese seniors. She obtained the approval of the President of the university to realize this extension of knowledge with a benefit for society, in coordination with Midori Inoue and the other members of the team.
